In a world of increasingly interconnected and challenging global problems – philanthropists need hope, vision, and skills to make a difference.
Join New England International Donors and The Philanthropic Initiative’s Center for Global Philanthropy for the first annual Innovations in International Philanthropy Symposium, a two day event designed to propel forward the capacity and impact of internationally oriented philanthropists, including individuals, families, foundations, and corporate funders.
In recent years, international organizations have formulated concrete goals to achieve progress in addressing global challenges such as poverty, healthcare, education, climate change, and more. Foundations, individuals, and corporations have also stepped up, shaping coalitions and committing resources to help achieve these goals. The Innovations in International Philanthropy Symposium is designed to equip individual and corporate philanthropists and investors with a better understanding of how they can contribute to these international efforts and to provide concrete skills that will enable them to do so.
The Symposium will also provide international donors a place to network, to learn about relevant trends and opportunities for collaboration, and to gain practical, hands-on skills to increase the impact of their global giving.
